Theatre auditions

What to expect before you audition.

Our shows run on steady rehearsal attendance, clear communication with families, and mutual respect in the cast—so students can rely on one another. Skim the four steps below, then use the form to send your audition. We review each submission and usually respond within three business days.

  1. Step · 01

Is a full production the right choice?

Private or small-group theatre lessons are flexible. A staged show adds a firm rehearsal schedule and show week—and we need every cast member to arrive prepared and treat others with respect. If your family can protect those dates, a production may be a great fit.

  2. Step · 02

    What the audition is for

We ask about past experience, interest in backstage or tech, and whether your student can accept the role the director offers—even when it is not their first pick. Casting affects the whole group, so we ask that question up front.

  3. Step · 03

    Keeping families in the loop

We collect a parent or guardian’s phone or email and how you want updates (text is optional). That way rehearsal changes reach the right person quickly.

  4. Step · 04

Video auditions or absence on audition day

If you cannot audition in person, the form accepts a video link or an upload. Use a quiet space, stay within the file size on the form, and submit when you are ready—technical hiccups do not disqualify anyone.

Voice, musical theatre, acting, instrumental work, or ensemble placement—use one strong recording. Paste an unlisted video link or upload a file. Our directors review each submission and typically reply within three business days with next steps.

Not sure which production fits your student's age or experience? Call or email us before you submit—we would rather steer you right than have you guess.
